He began on phone banks and timeshare floors, then moved into restaurants, hotels, and casino resorts. As a senior operator and general manager, he led buildings that never close and teams responsible for keeping them running.
He saw managers lose the trust of good employees without knowing why. He saw old rules block good opportunities and past wins teach the wrong lessons. He saw how personal life could follow people to work and how work could follow them home. He missed some of these moments himself. He developed ZenFudo to help people examine what guides their decisions and practice a better response.
